Shipping Process

The Smoothie Queen aims to get orders completed as soon as possible. We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be prepared and shipped to you. (Standard Shipping)

Express orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days. An average arrival time after shipping is 1-2 days. (Estimated)

How Long Does It Take To Deliver After Shipping? Standard Shipping: For most packages (domestic only). Average arrival time is 1 - 5 days after the order has shipped. This is only an estimate and arrival times are not guaranteed.

Please allow the allotted time for your packages to be delivered. All of our products are blended, labeled, and packed all by hand. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS (unless stated otherwise), Monday - Friday (excluding weekends).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info to the email address that was provided during checkout.

Unfortunately, We are not able to cancel or make changes to your order while its being processed.

PRE-SHIPMENT - This occurs when we've printed out your shipping label and prepared your package to be shipped. We may print your labels in advance during our processing time.

TRACKING - Once we drop packages to the post office, the package is no longer in our hands. You can track it using the tracking number sent via email. For any issues with the delivery of your package please contact your local post office.

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 72 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 72 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email us at support@thesmoothiequeenllc.com or contact us online, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to double check when putting in your address if you notice any errors please contact us immediately.

Lost Packages
 If the tracking information for your package says the package states "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? You must contact the United States Postal Service directly. The Smoothie Queen LLC DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
